This collection of 91 homes was built between 1979 and 1992 and feature large, semi-custom single-family homes at the corner of Hayden and Via Linda 83 of the homes feature private swimming pools and 89 of them are single-story, meaning there are just two two-story homes in the subdivision. Most homes are on lots of around 10,000 ft.².
Even though these homes are semi-custom, they are very unique in their architectural design. They all are slightly different and most were built by Tallaksen, one of the original developers back in 1979. However, several homes have been built as recently as 1992 but the community is completely built out now. If you’re looking for a home that doesn’t have that boxy floor plan that many other properties have, a home in Estados de La Mancha might be perfect.
The homes feature an average of about 2700 ft.² and there are 91 homes total, 83 feature private backyard swimming pools, 89 are single-story, and there are just too two-story properties in the subdivision. Most of the homes sit on 10,000 square-foot lots.
